- Identity and contact details: name, employee ID, mobile number and email address, and identity details used for verification (for example through Singpass, where used).

4. How we collect it
We collect personal data directly from you, from your employer (including through integrations with its HRIS, payroll and time-attendance systems), and from service providers who help us verify identity and process payments.
5. Why we use it
- To provide earned wage access: calculating available balances, processing withdrawals and settling with your employer on payday.

We collect, use and disclose personal data with consent, or where the PDPA otherwise allows it. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. If you withdraw consent for data we need to provide the service, we may no longer be able to provide it to you, and we will tell you what that means before acting on your request.
7. Who we share it with
- Your employer, for payroll settlement and usage reporting. Employers see withdrawal records needed for settlement; they do not see how you spend your money.
- Payment and banking partners that move funds to your account.
- Service providers who support our operations, such as cloud hosting, identity verification, customer support and communication tools. They may only use personal data to provide services to us.
- Professional advisers, auditors and authorities where required by law or to protect our rights.
- A successor business, if all or part of our business is sold or restructured, subject to this policy.
We do not sell personal data.
8. Transfers outside Singapore
Some of our service providers may store or process data outside Singapore. When this happens, we take steps to make sure the data receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, for example through contractual safeguards.
9. How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and monitoring. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal.
10. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required for legal, regulatory, tax or accounting reasons. After that, we delete or anonymise it.
11. Access and correction
You may ask to access the personal data we hold about you and how it has been used or disclosed in the past year, or ask us to correct it. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible, and within the time frames set by the PDPA. We may charge a reasonable fee for access requests, and will tell you the amount first.
12. Cookies
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to make it work, to remember preferences and to understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended.
13. Marketing messages
We only send marketing messages where you have agreed, and in line with Singapore's Do Not Call rules where they apply. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its effective date.
