Integrating EWA with your HRIS: what a proper rollout looks like
Accurate balances depend on good data. How we integrate with your HRIS and time-attendance systems, and why we test thoroughly before launch.
Earned wage access is only as good as the data behind it. If an employee's balance is wrong, trust goes quickly. That's why we treat integration and testing as the core of every rollout, not an afterthought.
Stage 1: Discovery
We map how you pay today: salary periods, shift and OT rules, allowances, deductions, entities and job groups, and the systems that hold each piece of data.
Stage 2: Integration
We connect GetPaid to your HRIS and time-attendance system so completed shifts and earned wages flow through automatically. Where you use several systems or entities, each is connected and mapped.
Stage 3: Configuration
With your HR team, we set eligibility, access limits, fee settings and pay-cycle rules for each group.
Stage 4: Testing
We run your real pay rules through test scenarios: regular shifts, overtime, public holidays, mid-month joiners, leavers and unpaid leave. Balances are checked against what payroll would calculate, and your team signs off before anyone goes live.
Stage 5: Pilot and launch
We usually start with one site, outlet or team, gather feedback, and then roll out company-wide with briefing materials for managers and staff.
Stage 6: Ongoing reconciliation
Each pay cycle, withdrawals are settled in one transaction with a full report. Our team monitors data feeds so issues are caught before employees notice them.
Pay when the shift ends.
